The short, honest version first.

You're licensing Nexus, a desktop app. You pay with credits bought in stablecoins. Crypto payments can't be pulled back, so all sales are final. Your chats and API keys never touch our servers.

1 · What you're buying

A Nexus license is a monthly subscription to use the Nexus desktop application. It renews automatically for 20 credits per month from your credit balance. It is a license to use the software, not ownership of it. One license covers your own machines, for you.

2 · Credits

Credits are the prepaid balance on your account: 1 credit = 1 US dollar. Top-ups are a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $1000, paid in USDC or USDT to the address shown at checkout. Credits are not money, earn no interest, can't be transferred between accounts, and are only spendable on Nexus. Credits from a matched payment are applied automatically, usually within minutes.

3 · All sales are final

No refunds. Stablecoin transfers are irreversible, so credit purchases and monthly renewals cannot be refunded, reversed, or paid out — this is why the checkout asks you to confirm it before every purchase. Try the free 14-day trial first; it's the full app.

4 · Payments & matching

Each top-up quotes a unique exact amount. Send exactly that amount in one transfer before the order expires. If you send a different amount, it isn't lost — it lands in a manual review queue and we'll match it to your account; reply to your receipt email or contact us if it doesn't appear within a day. Network fees charged by your wallet or exchange are yours.

5 · Running out of credits

If your balance can't cover a renewal, your license keeps working through a 3-day grace period (we email you before and during it). After grace it pauses — the app's chat locks until you top up, and nothing on your machine is deleted. Topping up reactivates it automatically.

6 · Your data

The app: your conversations, provider API keys, and settings stay on your machine — Nexus has no telemetry and no cloud sync. The account: we store your email, a salted password hash, your credit ledger, and payment records (transaction hashes and sending addresses) — the minimum needed to run billing. We email you about your account and nothing else.

7 · Fair use & termination

Don't resell keys, share them publicly, or attack the service. We can suspend accounts that do, and abandoned unverified accounts may be cleaned up. You can stop any time — simply don't top up; no cancellation ceremony needed.

8 · Warranty & liability

Nexus is provided "as is". You bring your own provider API keys and pay providers directly, and we're not responsible for their pricing, uptime, or output. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9 · Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll email account holders before the change applies. Continued renewal means acceptance.
